ONLINE POMODORO TIMER
A free Pomodoro timer to help you focus
The Pomodoro timer breaks your work into focused sprints separated by short breaks — a simple, proven way to beat procrastination and get more done. Pick a preset, press start, and Stopwatch.net cycles between focus and break automatically, counting every round for you.
The classic Pomodoro Technique uses 25 minutes of focused work followed by a 5-minute break. Prefer longer deep-work sessions? Choose 50/10. Short on time? Try 15/3. No setup and no sign-up.
How the Pomodoro timer works
- Choose a preset — 25/5 (classic), 50/10 (deep work) or 15/3 (quick sprints).
- Press Start and focus until the timer rings.
- Take your break when it switches automatically — then it returns to focus for the next round.
- Use Skip to jump to the next phase, or Reset (R) to start over.
